How does this programme work?

Initial Consultation
A one-on-one online consultation, discussing your goals, explaining the sessions layout, reviewing your medical history, and help you understanding the user-friendly Zoom application.

Online Training
2 x Live Sessions Weekly. Supervised group workouts designed for mobility, bone density, and strength from home. All exercises will be managed according to your current capabilities.

Monitoring
Progress & Support. A private monthly 1-on-1 session to discuss your journey. You are also welcome to reach out during the course of the month to discuss any concerns or new aspirations.
